(1920s costumes encouraged)

Featuring Burnley Cook, piano

Music in the…

1920’s had real variety. Everywhere you went there was Jazz, Blues, Swing, Ragtime, Hillbilly, and other forms of popular music. It was truly a golden age for all of these various types of music and dancing. It was a time when “flappers thumbed their noses at the Prohibition laws and arts and culture inspired by the Harlem Renaissance breathed new life into the American music scene. Come join Natchez pianist Burnley Cook as he transports us back to the “Roaring Twenties.”

Remember, 1920s costumes are encouraged!
